deWinter expands its award-winning team with two new appointments

Award-winning PR and social media agency, deWinter, has expanded its Liverpool office with the appointment of a PR Account Manager and PR Assistant.

PR Account Manager, Leigh Torrance joins the team from Australia where she recently led the marketing and PR efforts for a leading Aromatherapy retailer and Manufacturer. With over 11 years integrated marketing experience, Leigh has worked across a variety of industries to deliver a number of high-level creative campaigns for brands such as Perfect Potion, Jump Nation, Apollo Motorhomes, Terry White Chemists as well as within the higher education and government sectors.

Leigh’s role will be integral in developing client media campaigns within deWinter’s charity, entertainment and professional services sector.

Speaking on her new role, Leigh said: “Joining a well respected and award-winning agency such as deWinter is a real privilege and I am looking forward to working closely with the agency’s clients to instil my knowledge and experience and achieve some great wins”.

PR Assistant, Katie Gaffney joins de Winter after recently graduating from the University of Chester with a first-class degree in Marketing, PR and Events Management. Katie is also a volunteer with PR and Event support at national children’s charity Brainwave, where she is a Trustee.

Katie on her new role said: “I’m really excited about my new appointment at deWinter. This is a fantastic opportunity for me to develop my skills in one of the North West’s fastest growing agencies.

“I look forward to working across a broad range of clients from all over the country which range from shopping centres to festivals and everything in between!”.
