Our pressure ulcer education campaign TIME IS PRESSURE for our client convatec, has been recognised nationally with not one but two UK marketing awards.

It has won the B2B Campaign of the year PRCA DARE Award and the PRmoment Awards Healthcare Campaign of the Year Award

To help put into context how important this campaign is; over 200,000 people develop a new pressure ulcer every year. Pressure ulcers cost the NHS more than £1.4 million every single day!

Convatec products significantly reduce the healing process, saving time and money. The global leader in advanced woundcare commissioned dewinter to create an integrated pressure ulcer campaign, to align with NHS focus, increase sales staff interaction with NHS customers, grow its online healthcare community and increase engagement with their target audience –  specifically tissue viability healthcare professionals.

dewinter’s #TimeisPressure campaign was born.

The campaign was designed to clearly emphasise the fact that using ConvaTec dressings earlier in the healing pathway saves the nurse time and ultimately the NHS money – both key ‘pressure points’ that NHS teams have little of.

A quick summary of our major achievement, include:

  • 500 sales meetings generated
  • 50,000 nurses met face-to-face with convatec throughout the campaign
  • Our Facebook quiz reached over 20,000 healthcare professionals
  • Facebook impressions increased by 85%
  • social media engagements flew by over 166%
