The isolation of this specific audience is crippling and heavily impacts on their mental health and wellbeing. We developed a digital marketing strategy, identifying where they are online, what they do, what they watch, even what they game! The tone, language and visuals were essential to engage rather than further isolate. We worked with closely with youth leaders at Youth Fed, hosting focus groups, before the launch of a campaign signposting the most vulnerable young people in the region to help, support and training via our strong social media comms plan.
