National Apprenticeship Week is one of the most competitive recruitment windows of the year. For Vital Energi, the opportunity was clear: stand out from the crowd, cut through with something genuinely useful clean energy marketing, and convert interest into applications.
Our approach centred on a single, powerful insight: people engage more meaningfully when they can see themselves in an opportunity. Rather than broadcasting roles, the campaign created a personalised journey.
At its heart was an interactive personality quiz, designed to match users to the apprenticeship pathway that best suited their strengths and interests. Quick, intuitive, and built for social sharing, the quiz transformed passive browsing into something personal – turning exploration into action.
Around this, we built a full inbound funnel: social content and paid amplification drove traffic to the quiz and webinar registrations; the quiz guided users into personalised pathways; and the live Power Hour webinar series gave prospective applicants direct live access to the people and stories behind the business and generated valuable leads.
The campaign combined social-first targeted content, niche paid advertising, the interactive quiz with personalised role pathways, and a live webinar series – all aligned under the Power Your Future brand platform to reach school-leavers at every touchpoint.
