What we did

This audience is primarily over 60 – they go online to research, but don’t share data, fill in lead gen forms, or convert through paid social.

TV, radio and direct mail trials were carried out throughout the UK to test lead conversion rates compared to digital marketing. The direct mailer, housed in a branded envelope, spoke directly to users, not clinicians, using language that was warm, expert, and reassuring. The creative led with Convatec‘s me+ continence care programme: a dedicated support team just a phone call away and the promise of support as individual as the person receiving the mail.
