What we did

Our concept, “One Dressing, Every Body, was built around a simple truth: every body is different and Urgo Start Plus is a dressing that can fit many patient profiles. The idea connects form and function, showing how the newly introduced dressing shapes are engineered to fit real people – highlighting Urgo’s commitment to making wound care more personalised, comfortable and effective for HCPs.

We delivered a fully integrated campaign, from concept creation, photoshoot to educational how-to-apply videos, key influencer interviews, product guides, social media content, digital ads, email marketing and direct mail.

The NHS “Stop The Pressure” social media strand amplified the message during the UK’s Pressure Ulcer Awareness Month, driving engagement among clinicians and reinforcing Urgo’s role as a trusted leader in wound prevention and healing care.

Visually, the campaign combined step-by-step clear imagery of the dressings being applied, with inclusive photography and human storytelling to show real-world use of these innovative dressings by both healthcare professionals and self-care patients.

The result? A cohesive, multi-channel campaign that strengthened Urgo’s brand recognition and gave clinicians confidence that there’s a dressing for every body, for every clinician and for every patient.
