When Urgo, the global pharmaceutical group and a leader in innovative medical solutions, came to us to mark their 25th anniversary, they didn’t want another hotel ballroom, bad coffee, and death-by-PowerPoint affair.

So we tore up the conference rulebook and gave them a full-blown festival

What we did

They wanted impact. Energy. A celebration that shouted “25 years and still smashing it.”

We named it. Branded it. Brought it to life across every inch — from backstage passes disguised as lanyards to merch-worthy T-shirts, stickers, and bold-as-you-like signage. This wasn’t corporate. This was culture.

Guests walked into an experience: invites styled like gig tickets, tables named after iconic stages, high-energy countdown videos, and a custom-designed stage that felt more headline act than keynote speaker.
